Just a quick 12 mile drive from downtown Fort Worth the new community of over 7,200 acres features a thoughtful array of amenities and homes built in a variety of styles which have been established by the developer. Building plans are developed to conform with style and construction guidelines which were carefully established to echo the most timeless and sought after neighborhoods of Fort Worth. Monthly HOA Fees are based upon the lot size and range from $189 to $216.

Walsh Features new Schools in the acclaimed Aledo ISD

The first school to open in the Walsh community is Walsh Elementary, part of the Aledo ISD. The district will build out additional Elementary, Middle and high schools within the Walsh community to serve the neighborhood.
